Successful candidate will be responsible for creating strategic direction and managing a broad range of integrated on-line and offline marketing, advertising, public relations and communications activities designed to build and communicate value to both the franchisee population, real estate and relocation customers and the real estate marketplace. Accountable for planning and implementation of projects and interactive marketing activities supporting objectives for revenue, volume, profit, affiliates satisfaction and retention. Collaborates with all business unit heads to develop strategic industry positioning designed to ensure sustainable competitive advantage for the organization. In addition, individual will have accountability for the placement, direction and execution of public relations as well as the overall responsibility for the strategic editorial direction and process for reviewing the real estate business' printed and interactive messaging (i.e., sales and marketing brochures and web-based communications). Individual will be responsible for developing a recognizable tone and style for marketing communications and serve as the gatekeeper for that voice, ensuring that materials reflect that voice and the company attributes it represents for both web based and traditional media. This executive will lead a team of professionals experienced in all phases of creation, development and implementation of franchise interactive marketing and communications. Qualifications: Minimum 10-15 years of executive management experience in franchise marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. Experience in determining a consistent course of action, unifying the companies marketing approach and marketing message, then taking products and projects from conception through implementation with corresponding metrics to ensure success. Must have experience in all aspects of interactive marketing and the Web 2.0 environment. Ability to influence, interact and counsel affiliates to better understands and applies interactive marketing strategies, products and deliverables to drive profitability. Must have proven ability to measure, analyze and regularly adjust all deliverables based upon a thorough understanding of end user requirements and a rapidly changing real estate brokerage industry. A skilled public speaker, this individual must also have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and unify constituents the Company's designed interactive marketing strategic direction.
