VP of Marketing and Strategic Planning The VP will provide support for the hospitals' growth and development, and the region's awareness and appreciation for the advanced care delivered. This position will foster a culture of partnership with physicians to leverage the hospitals' clinical strengths and enhance payor, patient, and referrer satisfaction and loyalty. Serves as front-line contact, both proactive and reactive, to internal and external stakeholders. Must have proven record of key collaborative and consultative role. The VP will work closely with the hospitals' CEO's and System VP to help shape the future of these four hospitals by creating the business strategies to enhance their competitive position. Requirements: Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Min. 10 years in progressively complex and high-impact marketing/strategy/development positions. Healthcare experience required. High degree of initiative; a restlessness with the status quo; able to achieve results through team play.
